HR & Operations Manager

Kelly joined FIP in 2021 and brings over ten years of financial services, marketing, event coordinating and management experience. Prior to joining our firm Kelly worked as an Operations and Marketing Manager for Voya Financial Advisors and as a Client Associate for a team of Financial Advisors at Merrill Lynch. Kelly holds a B.S. in Management and a Certificate in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and earned a Diploma from the Computer Learning Center as an Informational Technology Support Professional.

As our firm’s HR & Operations Administrator Kelly acts as the initial point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and outside affiliates. She maintains administrative duties like keeping personnel records, managing HR documents, and handling database (CRM) updates. Kelly also supports software and technology enhancements, accounts receivable, accounts payable and oversees various FIP efficiency driven projects.

Kelly resides in Royersford, P.A. with her husband and children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether it is kayaking at the lake, baking cookies, vacationing at the beach, shooting hoops at the park, or just watching a good movie.
