Wayne started his career in financial services with the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, transitioning from insurance sales to investments during the early 90’s. After five years with Met Life, Wayne joined Commerce Capital Markets, the retail investment division of Commerce Bank, and stayed with the organization through its transitions into ING Financial Partners and then VOYA. Born and raised in Delaware County, Wayne was drafted 1965, spent two years in the service, and worked at Sun Ship Drydock and building until 1969 when he enrolled in PMC College, now Widener University, graduating in 1972 with a degree in Business Management.
A season ticket holder with the Philadelphia Union Soccer Club since their inception, Wayne has been an avid player, fan, and supporter of the sport since his days playing competitively in High School.
