Meet Kelley
Kelley is deeply committed to creating an exceptional experience for every client by ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported. She has a strong focus on organization, process efficiency, and thoughtful problem-solving, resulting in Kelley being a reliable resource for both clients and colleagues. Kelley graduated from James Madison University with a double major in International Affairs and Spanish. After college, she spent a year in Spain teaching English in a primary school, an experience that strengthened her communication skills and adaptability. Kelley then spent fourteen years with Comcast Business in roles across sales operations and client services, where she developed a deep understanding of customer needs and operational excellence. She now lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and their three children—two boys and a girl—and outside of work Kelley loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, running, and reading.
