Meet Kelly
Kelly joined FIP in 2021, bringing over ten years of experience in financial services, marketing, event coordination, and management. Before joining our firm, Kelly served as an Operations and Marketing Manager for Voya Financial Advisors and as a Client Associate for a team of Financial Advisors at Merrill Lynch. She holds a B.S. in Management and a Certificate in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, along with a Diploma from the Computer Learning Center as an Informational Technology Support Professional.
As our firm’s HR & Operations Administrator, Kelly acts as the initial point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and outside affiliates. She maintains administrative duties such as keeping personnel records, managing HR documents, and handling database (CRM) updates. Additionally, Kelly supports software and technology enhancements, manages accounts receivable and payable, and oversees various efficiency-driven projects at FIP.
Kelly resides in Royersford, PA with her husband and children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether it’s kayaking at the lake, baking cookies, vacationing at the beach, shooting hoops at the park, or just watching a good movie.
