Meet Kelly
Kelly Harvey is the HR and Operations Manager at Financial Independence Planning, LLC, bringing over fifteen years of experience in financial services, human resources, operations, and management. She began her career in 2000 and has built a strong foundation in advisor support, organizational structure, and process improvement, all contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment at FIP.
Before joining FIP, Kelly served as Operations and Marketing Manager at Voya Financial Advisors and worked as a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch. She holds an MBA and a B.S. in Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Professional Certificate in Marketing (Undergraduate) and a Certificate in Information Technology.
Outside of work, Kelly’s greatest passion is her family. She is a proud mom of five and a grandmother to one, and she values the close relationships she shares with her family, friends, and colleagues. She enjoys exercising, reading, writing, cooking, hosting gatherings, and spending time with the people she loves most.
